The short version

Joe Knows Junk hauls junk and rents dumpsters across the Twin Cities. We collect what you send us when you ask for a quote, and we use analytics to understand how this site is used. We don't sell your information.

Quote requests

Our quote form is run by Jobber, the tool we use for quotes and scheduling. It collects the details you enter, such as your name, contact details, address and what needs to go. Your request goes to us so we can price the job and contact you about it. Jobber stores it for us under its own privacy policy.

Analytics & cookies

We measure how people use this site so we can make it better. When you visit, we use:

• Google Analytics: which pages you view, how long you stay, how far you scroll, where you came from (a search, a social post, another site), your device and rough location, whether you've visited before, and which buttons, phone number or email links you click. We never record what you type into the quote form. It sets cookies (_ga).
• Microsoft Clarity: anonymous recordings and heatmaps of how the page is used (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) so we can find what's confusing. Anything you type into a form is masked before it leaves your browser. It sets cookies (_clck, _clsk). See Microsoft's privacy statement.
• Meta Pixel: tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that you visited, so we can measure our ads on Meta. It can set Meta cookies (_fbp), and Meta may link the visit to your Meta account under its own privacy policy. We never send Meta your name, email or message.

We don't sell this information or use it to identify you. If your device is set to a European time zone, none of the tools above load until you choose Accept.

Turning it off: choose Opt out on the cookie notice, or Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page. That stops Google Analytics, Clarity and the Meta Pixel in this browser and clears their cookies. Your choice is stored in this browser. The quote form works either way.

Standard technical data

Our host (Cloudflare), Google Fonts, the quote form (Jobber) and the 3D trailer's code library (cdnjs) automatically receive basic request data (IP address, browser type) to serve their part of the page. This is standard to nearly every website.
